Who operates Edify

Edify Worldwide is operated by Everythingfreshandclean.store LTD, a company registered in Nigeria. Edify Worldwide is a trademark owned by that company. Contact admin@edifyworldwide.com for support, complaints, content concerns or privacy questions.

Who may use Edify

Edify is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Provide accurate account details, keep your login secure and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Tell support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Faith, AI and counselling

Edify provides Christian devotional content, prayer support, community stories, AI features and access to counsellors. AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. AI scripture paraphrases are explanations rather than exact Bible quotations. Clearly labelled Bible quotations and translation information are provided separately.

Edify does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency response. Counsellors are not necessarily licensed medical or mental-health professionals. Do not rely on the app as your only source of urgent help. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person who can help you reach appropriate support.

You choose whether to consent to sharing information with OpenAI before using the relevant AI features. Refusing that consent may prevent those features from working. The privacy policy explains the information handled by Edify and its providers.

Community stories and other content

You retain ownership of your original content. Submit only content you own or have permission to use, and obtain permission before sharing another person’s private information. Story submissions are subject to the separate Member Story Terms, available before submission. The permission they grant is limited to operating Edify’s story service; it does not authorise selling stories, external advertising reuse or AI model training.

New stories may be submitted anonymously or with your name and require moderation before community publication. Anonymous display does not conceal your identity from authorised staff. Older stories marked private remain protected unless their author explicitly changes the visibility choice. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Do not post unlawful content, harassment, threats, impersonation, graphic harmful material, copyright infringement or encouragement of self-harm. Use the in-app report tools or support email to report concerns. Edify may request edits, decline, restrict or remove content and suspend accounts for misuse or safety reasons. You may contact support to ask for review of a moderation decision.

Sessions

Counselling and church access are currently free. Book only sessions you intend to attend, use the app’s cancellation controls when needed and respect other participants’ privacy. Availability and successful connection are not guaranteed. Do not record or redistribute another participant’s communication without the necessary permission. Booking lead times and availability shown in the app apply.

Premium and payments

Premium provides additional digital features. Any available checkout must explain the price, currency, billing interval and applicable renewal and cancellation terms before a purchase. Store-specific payment requirements apply. Live purchasing is currently disabled.

Cancellation stops future renewal according to the plan’s disclosed terms; it does not automatically mean a refund. Contact support about a payment problem or refund request. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Available payment methods may vary by country and store.

Privacy, deletion and leaving

The privacy policy explains personal-data use, providers, retention and account deletion. You can request account deletion inside the app. Content and associated records are handled through the documented deletion process, with limited retention where required for legal, security or payment-record obligations. Other people’s independently saved copies may not be recoverable. Removing the app from a phone does not itself delete the account or cancel a subscription.

Edify content and service changes

Use Edify content according to the rights and attribution notices shown with it. Do not claim ownership of other members’ content or misuse the service. Edify may update features and these terms. Material changes should be explained before they take effect, with renewed agreement requested where needed. No change establishes retroactive consent for existing stories.

Questions and rights

Contact admin@edifyworldwide.com about these terms or a complaint. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. The company’s registration in Nigeria does not remove mandatory protections applicable to members elsewhere.
